Important Notice: Qikap does not promise, guarantee, or imply any fixed returns or profits from the use of our AI trading bots. All trading strategies involve risk. Market conditions can change rapidly, and your capital may increase or decrease. You should only invest funds that you are prepared to lose entirely. Past performance of our bots or any trading strategy is not indicative of future results.
13. Fund Protection & Refund Policy
Where is my money held? Your deposited funds are held in segregated, third-party custodial wallets with reputable digital asset custodians. Client funds are kept separate from company operating funds.
Can I withdraw anytime? Yes, you may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to our Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after KYC verification and any security holds.
Technical issues: If the platform experiences technical issues that result in a proven financial loss due to our system error, we will investigate and may reimburse at our sole discretion. We are not liable for losses caused by network delays, exchange outages, or market volatility.
Deposit refundability: Deposits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a deposit was made in error, please contact support within 72 hours.
Bot fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. If you cancel before the next billing period, no further fees will be charged, but prior payments will not be refunded.
Company cessation: In the unlikely event that Qikap ceases operations, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance and provide instructions for withdrawing remaining funds, subject to applicable laws and any regulatory requirements.

Our Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
